Two floorless phone booths, one rightside up above ground,
one upside down below, attached to one another at the base.
The below ground booth mirrors all detail of the booth above,
through whose windows can be seen the interior of the booth below.
Both telephones are connectedand the number, the palindrome 1991,
is published in the local telephone book – a deadlock in the
worldwide telephone network. If the number gets dialed it rings
simultaneously above and below ground.
